HomePal ("we", "us") operates joinhomepal.com, a directory of home-service businesses. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.
Listings are compiled from publicly available business information (business name, address or service area, phone, website, categories, and public Google ratings). Business owners may request corrections or removal at any time via changes@joinhomepal.com.
When you contact us or submit a listing request, we collect the contact details you provide (name, email, phone, business information) solely to operate the directory, respond to you, and maintain your listing. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate the site.
If you provide a phone number and consent to be contacted, we may contact you about your listing by email, phone, or text message. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and of emails via the unsubscribe link. Opting out does not affect your listing.
We use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand site usage. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
